To Register by Mail:
Please keep in mind that if
you choose to register via conventional mail, the activities for
base camp will be chosen randomly. If you register on-line you
have the freedom to choose what activities your child will have
based on availability. (All activities are on a first come first
serve bases)
You will need 3 forms to complete registration.
The Registration Form should be sent to the address at the
bottom of this page. The other forms should be brought with
you to camp.
You may also elect to fill out form #4, Release and application
for exemption from physical exam. This is for parents who
prefer not to have their camper complete a physical exam before
coming to camp. This is allowed for campers attending a religious
based camp. You will still need to complete all three other
forms, and the first three pages of the Health Form including
signing the consent to treat section of page one.
