Dear Parents;

I would like to invite you to stop and think about where and how your children are going to spend this coming summer. Since they only have a handful of summers to experience a summer camp, we count it a privilege to invest with you on their growth.

Camp Wawona has been a significant part of kids’ lives for over 78 years. It is one of the best sources of growth, learning and fun available to a young person during the summer vacation months. Our camp offers an enjoyable place to visit, an opportunity to make new friends and valuable learning experiences which can be of use for many years to come.

Situated in Yosemite National Park, Camp Wawona offers an unlimited opportunity for outdoor recreation and learning. It is a perfect place to experience a variety of activities and grow closer to the Creator. Memories created at Camp Wawona will ensure that this will be an experience that will last for ever.

As a parent I want you to know that safety is always our number one concern. Each staff member is carefully selected and trained to help provide the best for your child. Camp Wawona is a member of the American Camping Association (ACA) and has membership in Christian Camping and Conference Association (CCCA), which helps make Camp Wawona the kind of Camp you would feel comfortable sending your child to.
