Camp Wawona provides transportation from three different locations; Campbell, Casa de Fruta and Fresno !

NEWS: The Fresno area pickup site has been at the commuter parking lot located on the intersection of Hwy 41 and Hwy 145; however, do to the construction that it's currently taking place in that location, we will be picking campers 2 miles further north on 41 hwy. On the Valero gas station parking lot.

Transportation:

Transportation will be provided starting Sunday June 29 and continuing each Sunday through the end of the summer camp season. Transportation is not offered the first week of camp, which is Adventure Camp, due to very small bus rider numbers. Most parents enjoy bringing up their younger campers personally for their first camping adventure! However, if your Adventure age camper does need transportation and is comfortable riding on the bus, the Jr. Adventurers camp will offer transportation.

As you know gas prices are continuing to increase however we are making an effort offer an affordable price for transportation please keep in mind that these prices are subject to change if we experience another jump in gas prices.

  • Round trip from Campbell or Casa De Fruta will be $75.
  • One-Way fees from Campbell or Casa De Fruta are $55.
  • From Fresno, the round trip fee is $45.
  • One Way from Fresno is $35.
